Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX seeking a Project Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Agile Methodology: Manage projects within a large Agile environment, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
• eCommerce Projects: Oversee and manage eCommerce-related projects, including website enhancements, customer experience improvements, and integrations with third-party platforms
• Salesforce/CRM: Lead projects involving Salesforce or other CRM systems, including implementation, customization, and integration with existing systems
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand project requirements, define scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
• Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular status updates, project reports, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Agile Certification: Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred
• Project Management Certification: PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable
• Experience: 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects in a large-scale Agile environment
• eCommerce: Strong experience managing eCommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail, customer experience, and digital marketing
• Salesforce/CRM: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, including implementation and integration
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business objectives
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
