• Leads tasks and activities that ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Facilitates changes to the project's scope, resource allocation, and budget escalating issues when appropriate. • Contributes to the development of detailed implementation plans and produces communications on progress, including critical risks and issues and mitigation plans. • Develops and oversees maintenance of key project artifacts including, but not limited to, key decision logs, risk registers, and project communication plans. • Manages external vendors to support the project, as necessary. • Synthesizes data and insights; produces reports for senior leaders on the achievement of key project milestones and outcomes. • Mentors project analysts to support their project management capabilities and career development.
Qualifications
The People and Engagement project portfolio currently has 4 prioritized projects in the pipeline, and an additional 7 on our 2024 roadmap. This additional project manager will primarily be tasked with project managing upcoming medium-high complexity projects, and will also be asked to support PMO activities such as providing project management consulting and support
