Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities

Planning

  • Facilitate creative project kickoffs
  • In briefings and other communications, ensure that project objectives are clear and that creatives have enough contextual details about the project and the timing to produce intended results
  • Develop production timelines for assigned projects ensuring that the Creative Services team, including Copy and Design, have the bandwidth necessary to meet deadlines
  • Resolve bandwidth issues by determining highest priority items and partnering with Director to ensure that resources are being properly utilized
  • Using the management tools available to the team, including Monday.com, ensure that all projects are properly tracked in the system so that all stakeholders have visibility to the commitments made

Execution

  • Communicate timelines, due dates and approvals to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals, supporting strategic priorities
  • Facilitate creative reviews and approvals project kickoffs with the creative team, whether in the form of meetings or emails Manage changes to projects, anticipate potential roadblocks, like bandwidth, and develop creative solutions to keep projects on their timelines, elevating issues to Director as necessary,
  • Traffic creative through rounds of review (including final creative), ensuring that all feedback is addressed prior to going back to stakeholders
  • Communicate updates and manage expectations with stakeholders on project status

Process Improvements

  • Identify ways to improve process efficiency and share with Director to improve overall working of the department

Essential Functions

  • Demonstrated follow up skills and an extremely keen sense of urgency
  • Occasionally be available to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, if/when necessary in order to support critical project deadlines and demands
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and produce high-quality work in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience operating a variety of system applications I.E. Google suite, Slack, Monday and Airtable.
  • Experience consulting with cross functional teams on event planning
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years of creative project management experience at an agency or within an organization
  • 2+ years of agency experience being interface with clients
  • Keen understanding of how Creative Services teams work
  • Excellent project management skills, including but not limited to:
    • Defining and executing processes and routines to drive team collaboration
    • Creating project plans and timelines and revising timelines based on changes
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and oriented to problem solving
  • Delivers work in a timely manner, keeping all parties informed and moving towards deadlines
  • Self-starter and proactive, with ability to manage projects without hands-on management
  • Proficiency with Google suite - doc, spreadsheet, gmail
  • Stellar verbal and communications skills with ability to be direct and diplomatic

The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $85,000 - $ 90,000 and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs. Compensation will be determined based on the above factors along with the requirements of the position. At The L.A.
