Client has been making quite a bit of decisions within their payroll space.

Need a PM to come in and support this Transition.

Project

  • Transitioning from Acronos to ADP (eliminating additional interfaces)
  • They Utilize Smart Sheets Currently for Project Management
  • PM that understands HRIS “Lingo.”
  • Client has 8 different company codes.
  • HR Manager/ Senior HR business partner and systems and understands the impact (does not need to come from healthcare background)
  • Good Understanding of the tech and operational pieces
  • Coach Manager
  • Lead a discussion and be able to meet with business partners.
  • Work autonomously.
