Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly driven Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of our software as a service (SaaS) offering with healthcare organization and life science clients, as well as external/hub service vendors. You will also serve as the liaison between various internal and external teams, including Customer Success, operational teams, technical teams, and client and vendor partner stakeholders. What You'll Do:

• Lead the implementation of our SaaS offering with healthcare organization and life science partners
• Effectively communicate project tasks/requirements and technical matters related to implementations with healthcare organization and life science clients, vendor partners, Customer Success, operational teams, and technical teams
• Develop, monitor, and report on project plans, including defining timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Manage and effectively communicate prioritization and risk and support development of mitigation strategies
• Serve as a liaison with various internal and external stakeholders to support our implementations
• Collaborate with external vendors to effectively and efficiently execute on project plans
• Most importantly, find new and innovative ways to improve the implementation process for our clients and partners
  
  

About You:

• Experience with managing externally-facing information technology project (particularly SaaS) new customer implementations
• Strong client-facing and analytical skills to ensure successful implementations
• Collaborative team leader and effective delegator capable of managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in change-driven project life cycle (Agile) and plan-driven project life cycle (Waterfall) methodologies
• Experience with cloud collaboration tools, including the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with cloud project management tools (Asana, Teamwork, Monday) a plus
• Focused on team building, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree
