What you need to bring to the table:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master's preferred
5 years minimum of full-time work experience in building structural design
P.E. license preferred
Experience in a fast-paced work environment that requires multi-tasking
Experience delegating tasks and working independently within a broader team
Technical expertise in at least one material and market type
Highly organized with great time management
A knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking
