We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our critical Legacy Application Modernization project. This role will oversee the migration and retirement of 10 legacy C++ applications, including transition to our new cryptography platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing complex, large-scale software migration projects.
Key Expectations
Lead the overall planning, execution and tracking of the project.
Manage the migration of 700+ clients to the new platform
Manage the retirement process for inactive applications
Experience with legacy system modernization and migration projects.
Familiarity with modern web application deployment practices
Experience in change management and stakeholder management
Experience with monitoring and alerting systems preferably DataDog
Knowledge of cryptography and security protocols in financial systems a plus.
