As a critical member of our close-knit team, you'll handle engineering tasks, fine-tune project analysis, design, and coordination, and help our team to find innovative engineering solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Engineering Analysis and Design: Conduct engineering analysis and design as per industry practices
Project Development: Produce project drawings, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Communication: Engage in proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
Data Analysis and Reporting: Undertake data analysis and prepare engineering reports
Client Retention and Growth: Contribute to client retention and the growth of customer base
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, majoring in Structural Engineering (with Masters in Structural Engineer preferred). Arkansas Professional Engineers license and/or Structural Engineers license preferred
Must have computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit, RISA3D, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Structural Engineering with Construction Experience preferred
Ability to manage one's time for timely project completion, being self-motivated.
Able to manage draftsmen and coordinate with the design team
Ability to clearly communicate with others in speech and writing
Ability to manage time and prioritize project workload with minimal supervision
Ability to work well in teams, self-starter, pleasant, helpful, and optimistic
