Role Description
In this role, you will be a part of the GFiber Inventory Acquisition team that is responsible for business-to-business partnerships with the Real Estate industry that secure the rights for GFiber to install our infrastructure and access to potential customers. In this role, you will prospect, and be given assigned partners and/or geographies to help increase the number of households that have the ability to order GFiber services.

Role Description
In this role, you will be a part of the GFiber Inventory Acquisition team that is responsible for business-to-business partnerships with the Real Estate industry that secure the rights for GFiber to install our infrastructure and access to potential customers. In this role, you will prospect, and be given assigned partners and/or geographies to help increase the number of households that have the ability to order GFiber services.
In this role, you'll:
- Own relationships with GFiber partners who own small or medium portfolios of properties; drive building inventory growth
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of sales and relationship development to expertly complete basic account responsibilities, and handle more complex challenges with sophisticated partners (e.g. uses negotiation skills to determine proper business requirements in order to gain mutual acceptance for right of entry agreements)
- Leverage CRM data to develop sales strategies and make business recommendations (e.g. allocate resources more effectively)
- Achieve quarterly sales goals, and provide updates to the metro Lead and Head of Sales
- Maintain a healthy and robust funnel built upon a variety of sales activities (e.g. cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking)
- Display excellent communication skills internally and externally, and can partner with other GFiber team members to explain the GFiber value proposition.
- Key contributor to the Sales team culture and GFiber community, including by sharing best practices internally and helping to shape our Sales strategy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of sales experience working with partners.
- Experience using a CRM platform.
- Valid driver's license.
- Advanced sales and partnership trainings/certifications.
- Experience working with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.
- Experience working with financial models.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate opportunities.
- Advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
