Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Oversee office maintenance, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure office security and emergency procedures are up to date.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
