Receptionist

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Receptionist. This is an excellent role for a committed individual wishing to work in a supportive environment, while earning between $18 to $20 per hour. As a Receptionist, you’ll be the company’s first point of contact, so you'll be vital in leaving a positive impression with clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff by greeting and directing everyone promptly and professionally.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
• Keep updated records and files and manage mailing or distribution of documents.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure that all presentation materials are ready.
• Support the organization's administrative tasks or projects, such as maintaining staff directories or office policies and procedures.
• Assist in the organization of company events or meetings.
• Ensure that all common areas, including the reception area and meeting rooms, are clean and tidily presented.
• Handle all courier distributions and post office related tasks.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and excellent phone etiquette.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
