Below are the skills you will learn through our training program:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering, and Renewable industries
- Learn and improve recruiting tactics that help identify quality candidates for immediate or future employment
- Evaluate candidate’s strengths and experiences compared to clients’ requirements through our Recruiting Operating Rhythm process
- Learn to negotiate salary rates and other conditions of employment
- Manage recruited employees with performance counseling, coaching,and career development measures
- Work with Business Development Managers to help grow a territory through hands-on sales techniques and operating processes
- Bachelor's degree
- Desire to have a career in sales or recruiting (1-2years' experiencepreferred)
- High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities with an organization
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
