ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Recruiter for Pura Vida Miami, you will play key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to contribute to the success and growth of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for our California store-level roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in all job openings.
  • Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics and recruitment requirements to develop recruitment strategies that support their objectives.
  • Engage in community outreach activities, build relationships with local organizations, attend job fairs, and develop partnerships to attract diverse talent pools and develop a comprehensive approach to innovative talent sourcing and pipelining.
  • Organize and execute hiring events, including open houses and recruitment sessions to attract and assess potential candidates efficiently.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Update and maintain internal HR databases with accurate candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain employee records and work permits as required by relevant regulations or company policies.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ year of experience in recruiting, particularly in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of California labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
