Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Santa Monica, specializing in the Behavioral Health field. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for behavioral health roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience, preferably in the Behavioral Health industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and social media platforms
