If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a passion for Human Resources, our new Recruiting Administrator role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our client’s recruiting and onboarding process. The Recruiting Administrator is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities to help drive accountability, improve communication, and build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience.

This position serves as a trusted partner for our Hudson RPO America team in Tampa. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office per week.

How you'll shape the future of talent:

  • Assist recruiters with various administrative responsibilities
  • Responsible for all assigned SLAs (service level agreements) and proactive follow-up
  • Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for hiring team(s)
  • Manage the post-offer process to include coordinating background, drug, and any OSHA-required clearances
  • Arrange candidate travel, transportation, and accommodation if necessary
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with candidate information
  • Ability to work in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Workday recruiting experience preferred

You'll be someone that can bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Attention to detail, can work autonomously but not afraid to ask questions.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule to the Tampa Center of Excellence, 3 days per week

$45,000 - $45,000 a year
