We’re seeking a recruiting coordinator who has a background in supporting and sourcing for a small recruiting team. To join our talented team, you should be adept in sourcing for technical roles, providing a top quality candidate experience and experience coordinating with hiring managers. You should also have a good understanding of the current tech market and strong standards for maintaining the organization of an ATS (preferably Lever).

Responsibilities

  • Provide a top tier candidate experience: In this position, you will be coordinating with candidates across all open roles. You'll partner with our Head of Recruiting and hiring managers to maintain and consistently improve our recruiting process
  • Sourcing top talent: Define sourcing strategies, screen candidate resumes, and present qualified candidates to the recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Continuously seek to improve the sourcing process using data and analyzing market trends
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation within Lever and Gem
  • Coordination and scheduling: You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all candidate interviews in a timely and consistent manner


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience coordinating a full-cycle recruitment process
  • You are highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
  • Experience working for a fast-paced, tech startup or similar experience
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
