Accela Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR functions across our New Jersey and Pennsylvania locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR leadership within Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings, with a strong focus on payroll management and HR compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring effective HR operations, fostering employee relations, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations for multiple LTC and SNF facilities in NJ and PA.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
Manage payroll functions and ensure timely and accurate processing.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and staffing.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with department leaders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR leadership within LTC and SNF environments.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR compliance, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel within NJ and PA as needed.
