Our Regional Health Care Director serves our communities by providing clinical service leadership. The Regional Health Care Director will also supervise, oversee and coordinate with all Health Care Directors and medical staff by providing training and ensuring effective delivery of services to residents.

We are looking for a Regional Health Care Director who has a current nursing license and has previous supervisor experience, preferably in a similar setting, which includes management, coaching and health care services.

Other requirements for the Regional Health Care Directori include, but are not limited to:

  • Current license as RN (as required by state guidelines) to include annual continuing education requirements
  • Prefer prior experience in supervising direct care staff
  • Experience with quality management improvement, familiar with state regulatory requirements, problem solving, staff development skills, coaching and health care services
  • Require prior experience in multiple location leadership role
