Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Manager, will manage the day to day operations and sales initiatives for a portfolio of manufactured home communities in Northern California. This position is based out of Sacramento, CA or surrounding areas.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Achieving or exceeding portfolio goals related to revenue generation, community appearance, resident satisfaction, occupancy, delinquencies and cost control;
  • Planning and executing activities associated with maintenance, meeting quality standards and goals set by the company; and,
  • Supervising, developing and training community operations and sales staff.

Required Experience And Skills Include

  • 5+ years of experience in the manufactured housing or a related multi-unit operations industry preferred;
  • Measurable success in revenue generation;
  • Initiative and ability to coordinate multiple projects;
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism; and,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with web-based applications.

Must have current, valid driver's license from the state where the position is located before driving a company-owned vehicle or driving a personal vehicle on company business.

Day and/or overnight travel to communities within portfolio will be required on a routine basis. Additional overnight travel to corporate meetings will be required on occasion.

Salary: $90-100K, total comp $110-125K + benefit package.
