Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed annual company sales targets: Lead the charge in meeting and surpassing our ambitious sales goals serving Midwest and East coast territory
Develop and implement a global sales strategy: Craft and execute strategies to drive business development and growth.
Build and nurture client relationships: Engage with clients, including Professional Engineering Consultancies, Manufacturer Reps, Local Government Departments, and major end-users.
Deliver technical presentations: Showcase our innovative technology design and applications to our clients.
Respond to client technical requests: Provide ongoing technical support and address client inquiries.
Identify business opportunities: Scout and report on new opportunities in target markets.
Manage sales pipeline for in the CRM.
Prepare sales forecasts: Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Present sales performance: Share key sales figures and performance metrics with company leadership.
Ensure profitability and growth within the Midwest and East US regions.
Work collaboratively with sales leadership, and the Applications Engineering team quote prices, establish terms and conditions of contracts and prepare sales contracts.
Pay & Benefits:
$120,000/yr base, $220,000 OTE

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years Commercial or relevant industrial experience preferred.
Experience in technical scope review and formal proposal development preferred.
Experience in advanced HVAC controls and BMS protocols.
Knowledge of ASHRAE, AHRI, and SMACNA guidelines and local regulations best practices preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and one-line diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferably live in Midwest or East cost with frequent travel (25%).
Essential Functions:
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Stand and walk for extended periods
Communicate and work cooperatively with team members and customers
Periodic travel (approximately 25%) to US, Mexico, and Canada locations
Sitting and working on the computer for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours/day)
Ability to maintain composure while working under pressure during emergent situations.
