We are looking for a Leader with Operational, Leadership and Sales expertise to lead our talented team to create the experience that our clients and guests deserve.
Focus and Challenges
Reporting to the President of the Business, the Regional Vice President will have responsibility for managing all operational aspects of business throughout the region.
This individual will be accountable the successful execution of the General Management Agenda including driving growth, capturing cost and productivity, leading people and delivering against financial targets. S/he will identify innovative and creative services/solutions to expand on Aramark clients? requirements, working closely with internal and external partners, in addition to other constituencies.
This executive will create and drive strategic plans, including the implementation of operating plans and budgets; s/he will also lead the execution of these programs from an operational perspective. This individual will be both strategic and tactical, identifying and delivering value-added service offerings to growth the business. In addition, this person will provide leadership to recruit and motivate a high-performance team.

Qualifications
The Person - Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have over 10 years of general management experience with P&L responsibilities (ideally exceeding $150 million). This individual will have executive experience in leading operations, ideally having exposure managing within a matrix environment with responsibility for human resources, finance and/or sales/marketing functions.
Experience creating and executing a growth strategy is imperative, including a track record of managing client relationships focused on revenue generation. Previous leadership of cross-functional teams with the ability to leverage internal resources at Aramark is critical. The Regional Vice President should bring credibility to lead a team, including experienced managers, in achieving operational excellence and delivering on client service. Experience running a multi-functional team across geographies is a key asset.
In addition, the Regional Vice President must demonstrate the ability to:

The Regional Vice President?s roles and responsibilities will include:
- Continuously evaluating for new revenue streams and ways to improve profitability, enhance margins, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The scope of potential opportunities will vary across a wide spectrum of functions, including operations, client relationships and driving operational excellence.
- Coaching, motivating, promoting, and staffing a regional, cross-functional team, including the direct reports and other functional disciplines on cross-functional projects/initiatives.
- Participating in strategic planning, budgeting, and quality audits to ensure operational excellence for all accounts in the regional portfolio.
- Establishing efficient and timely quality metrics to ensure accountability.
- Leveraging internal resources across functions (e.g. ? client services, sales & marketing, human resources, finance) to accomplish objectives.
- Building upon the corporate culture, with an emphasis on service excellence and customer/employee satisfaction.

- Partner with indirect resources to leverage partnerships, information, and skills within the division and across other lines of business where applicable.
- Develop new business opportunities, keeping an eye out for potential additions to the Aramark portfolio in addition to retaining current business.
- Communicate effectively at all levels with the knowledge and confidence to articulate the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Understands long-term business and financial implications of day-to-day decisions.
- Looks ?around the corner? for opportunities and obstacles.
- Articulates a compelling agenda and direction that inspires others to follow.
- Demonstrates a passion for understanding trends and practices affecting the industry and the marketplace.
