Overview: RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Registered Dietitian to join our team. This role allows flexibility of remote work, ensuring our patients receive the best care while our team enjoys a work-life harmony.
Schedule: 35-40 hours per week, 100% completed remotely via telehealth
Flexibility: Choose your days and hours.
Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience
Contract Length: 15 weeks
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree, majoring in food and nutrition
Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state)
Registered with the Commission on Dietetics Registration
Familiarity with state survey processes and adhering to nutrition care regulations
Competency in electronic charting systems
Must have North Dakota licensure or willingness to obtain
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents and patients
Offer specialized support for tube feedings
Deliver nutritional counseling and educational sessions for residents and their families
Ensure compliance with DOH/state/federal regulations and uphold company standards
Work autonomously without the need for regular training or direction
Desired Skills:
Clinical Expertise: Ability to apply MNT to develop personalized nutrition plans for patients with various conditions.
Assessment & Planning: Nutritional assessments, individualized care plans, collaboration with healthcare team.
Communication & Relationships: Patient education, diverse populations, building rapport with residents and staff.
Additional Skills: Food service, regulations, EHR proficiency, quality improvement (consider adding research, wound care, or dysphagia management as desired).
