We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Educator to develop educational programs for Clinical Teams within Home Health and Hospice, offering a competitive salary of $125,000 per year. The Educator will create an annual plan for all aspects of professional development for clinical teams and collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to optimize the continuum of services and care. This role is guided by the quadruple AIM, which focuses on providing optimal care and experience for seniors and their families, applying a population health focus in a cost-conscious way, and recognizing employee engagement as a key driver toward excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
What We Are Looking For
Must have an active MA RN license
Minimum of 2 years of Home Care experience
Ability to make MS presentations
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations
Acute care experience
Master’s in Public Health is a plus
Clinical staff education experience
Experience with Meditech or Epic systems.
