Key Responsibilities
Provide goal-oriented phone support services to a diverse group of program participants.
Build trust and rapport with participants through engaging interactions.
Assess individual needs in areas such as emotional, financial, and behavioral health to identify opportunities for enhanced support.
Offer immediate access to interim clinical crisis services and counseling when necessary.
Maintain regular communication with program participants, care teams, and local support resources as outlined in their wellness plans.
Advocate for participants and provide crisis intervention, personalized support, and problem-solving assistance.
Conduct quality of life assessments to make informed recommendations.
Utilize interviewing techniques and coaching to empower participants in self-management.
Monitor and adjust the level of support based on participant progress.
Educate participants about available benefits through their employer.
Ensure all activities comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with coworkers to share insights.
Meet specified performance metrics and perform other assigned tasks.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM CST
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a mental health discipline or related field.
Valid licensure in a related field (LPC, LPCC, LAMFT, LMFT, LADC, LICSW, LGSW, or LCSW).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing evidence-based treatments and short-term psychotherapy.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in communication and listening, especially over the phone.
Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Compensation And Benefits
Pay range: \(35/hr - \)43/hr, depending on experience.
