Responsibilities
Maintain Financial Records: Accurately manage ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile Accounts: Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Manage Payables and Receivables: Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Track Expenses: Monitor and categorize business expenses.
Process Payroll: Assist in payroll processing.
Prepare Reports: Generate financial statements and reports.
Support Tax Preparation: Assist with tax filings.
Use Accounting Software: Utilize tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
Collaborate: Work with team members and clients.
Qualifications
Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
