Position Summary:
Serenity Trails Travel Co is seeking a dedicated Remote Scheduling Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key role in assisting with travel coordination, scheduling, and providing top-notch customer service to our corporate clients. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want you to be a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, handling travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meetings, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for corporate executives and team members.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
- Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
- Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.

- Previous experience in customer service, travel coordination, scheduling, or a related field is preferred.
