About The Job

Think Academy is a forward-thinking educational institution committed to empowering students through innovative learning experiences. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and motivated School-Business Partnership Development Consultant to explore and establish new business partnerships with school districts, private schools, charter schools, etc. You will work closely with our current leadership team and marketing team, identify potential strategic partners based on our current and future business needs, and establish those relationships to drive business growth. Prospecting candidates should have a strong understanding and connections to elementary and middle school campuses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify Think Academy's potential partnerships and develop strategic approaches to building relationships with school districts and private schools.
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders of a complex range of institutions, including but not limited to public school districts and private schools and organizations.
  • Understand and articulate potential partners' needs and present clearly and compellingly the company's range of offerings to prospective partners.
  • Share feedback and reflections with peers and leadership directly and in a way that can support shared resolution.
  • Secure ongoing partnerships to support the success of the company.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years related job experience in the education industry.
  • Strong connections and experience in establishing business partnerships with school districts and private schools.
  • A well-developed pattern of achievements, strong people skills, energy, motivation, and integrity.
  • Written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to create and deliver compelling presentations that engage partners in discussion.
  • Able to work independently while being a stellar team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
