Our Client is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their high-performing team. In this role you will be responsible for delivery and execution, joining a warm desk with multiple openings from day 1.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, is highly motivated, and is a true team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles
Work closely with colleagues and Senior Managers
The Candidate:
Can come from any sector with experience in recruitment
Is motivated, and a team player
Proof of high billings/number of placements
