Technical Skills: Strong understanding of database management systems, network security principles, and encryption technologies. Familiarity with Imperva and Thales products, such as Imperva SecureSphere and Thales CipherTrust Data Security Platform, is essential. Proficient in programming languages like SQL, Python, or Java may also be beneficial.

Experience: Prior experience in implementing and configuring security solutions, particularly in mission-critical environments, is highly valued. This could include experience with database administration, network security, or data encryption. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is also beneficial, as implementation consultants often work on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential as they will be working with end-clients, understanding their requirements, and explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. As an implementation consultant/engineer, will work directly with clients to assess their needs, develop solutions, and provide support throughout the implementation process.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions is critical in this role. Need to be a critical thinker and can adapt to environments easily.
