Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction through feedback management and resolving concerns.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Uphold top standards in food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Conduct training and provide growth opportunities for staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, orders, and stock rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Resolve issues promptly, from guest complaints to staff conflicts.

Qualifications for Restaurant Manager Position:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding business targets and goals.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills to drive business growth and success.
  • Experience in staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
