We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop culture. We are looking for a Retail Coordinator to join us in advancing the industry forward. As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our Retail leadership team, as well as our stores, to build out our Retail channel.

In this role, you will directly support our stores. You will play an integral role in our new store openings, and will support with communication across the business, SOP creation, document management, and coordination of retail projects. You are highly organized, a clear communicator, and a problem-solver by nature. You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally with different departments, while maintaining a strong voice for our Retail stores. You will also help ensure seamless operations and profitability within our stores by supporting store communication, maintaining SOPs and other resources, and analyzing schedules, amongst other things.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for updating cross-functional documents, project plans and calendars relating to our new store openings and distributing or communicating as needed
  • You support New Store Openings by coordinating supplies, schedules, and participating in store set-up and team training
  • You manage our library of Standard Operating Procedures, cataloguing and ensuring we are up to date on all versions, and support with creating and updating as needed
  • You oversee general file management of all retail documents and resources, ensuring that our stores have access to everything they need to run their stores
  • You have a finger on the pulse of all things Retail, understanding key pain points and coming up with creative ways to solve
  • You manage our Retail Ops Calendar and act as air-traffic control for all initiatives and communication
  • You work with departments across SKIMS to determine what our stores need to know or do and help synthesize that information in a clear and simple way for our team members
  • You are support with data entry, report or schedule analysis, purchasing, and coordination of retail projects as needed
  • You lead through the lens of productivity and profitability through strong store operational controls and support our Store Leaders in doing the same
  • You support Retail leadership by processing and submitting department travel expenses

Requirements

  • You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Leader, Store Leader, or District Manager level preferred) and know how retail stores operate, as well as cross-functional HQ experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work closely and effectively with others is important and expected.
  • You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to handle any issues that may arise.
  • We expect you to have strong operational and organizational skills and have experience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • You have an eye for details and a love for process, and are meticulous when updating presentations, documents, SOPs, and project plans, amongst other things.
  • You love data and can spot trends as needed.
  • We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Travel is required 80% for this role.
