Retail Marketing Manager

A leading Colorado cannabis group is looking to hire a Retail Marketing Manager. This role will drive traffic to retail stores throughout the state and create strategy as they continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, signage, and promotional items.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure FlowerHire remains at the forefront of the cannabis industry.
  
  

Salary

$85000 - $100000 USD per year

Required Skills

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
