About The Job
Ana Luisa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Recruiter to support our HR and Retail teams during the Q4 peak season and the opening of a new store in New York City. This role is crucial for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for 15+ open roles across our retail locations. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the retail industry and a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, particularly in the fashion and jewelry sectors.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Partner with HR and Retail teams to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various retail positions, including Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Customer Service roles
Leverage industry connections to attract top talent quickly and efficiently
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Collaborate closely with store leadership to tailor the recruitment process to meet specific role requirements
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to HR and Retail teams
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail recruiting, with a focus on high-volume environments
Experience in fashion and jewelry is a plus
Extensive network within the retail industry
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for retail roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Available to start immediately and commit to a 3-4 month contract
