DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN ADMINISTRATOR (REMOTE)

Join a team of dedicated plan administrators by managing your own caseload of Defined Contribution plans.

• Perform allocations, reconcilations and plan terminations
• 5500 form filing
• Non-discrimination testing (ADP, ACP, Top Heavy, 415L, etc.)
• Review/interpret Plan Document, amendments, notices and SPD's
• Analysis of Census
• Loan calculations

DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN ADMINISTRATOR (REMOTE)

• 3+ years A to Z DC administration experience
• Strong ERISA / Compliance experience
• ASPPA designation(s) ideal (QKA, QPA, etc.) or a strong desire to obtain
• Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) experience helpful (not required)
• Ability to meet and/or exceed goals (financial incentives available for achieving goals)
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to deal with Plan Sponsors
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
• Retirement Plan recordkeeping software experience (FT William helpful, not required)
• Dynamic & collaborative team player, open to suggestions, ability to learn quickly
• Great attitude with a passion for the Retirement Services industry
