We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Reservations or Revenue Management, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, and demand forecasting. This role is crucial in driving the financial performance of our organization by optimizing revenue opportunities and ensuring the effective management of our inventory.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to develop pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand, set rates, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Review daily reservation reports and adjust rates based on occupancy, market conditions, and special events.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies aimed at maximizing revenue.
  • Conduct regular audits of pricing and inventory management to ensure alignment with revenue management strategies.
  • Prepare reports and present findings on revenue performance to senior management, highlighting key opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor front-line staff on revenue management principles and practices to ensure consistency in operational execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Reservations/Revenue Management, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Must have experience with Marriott systems.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and MS Excel; familiarity with PMS systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Must be a US citizen - no work permit provided.
