Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Revit Modeler at Bustamante Architects. The Revit Modeler will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models using Revit software. They will collaborate with architects and designers to translate design concepts into functional models, and assist in developing construction documents. The Revit Modeler will review and revise models based on project specifications and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit and other related software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Experience in creating detailed and accurate 3D models
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles and workflows
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Understanding of construction materials and detailing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in models
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in architectural design and construction is preferred
