Job Summary:

The Return Material Authorization (RMA) Coordinator’s primary function is to support both external and internal RMA’s. This person plays a vital role in providing customer support for products that need to be returned for repair, replacement or credit. They will be coordinating with cross-departments to drive RMA related issues to closure.

Essential Job Functions (include, but are not limited to the following):

  • Answering Incoming calls related to RMA
  • Receiving and processing Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests from customers
  • Review RMA requests for completeness & accuracy
  • Work with the factory to request and receive status update on internal RMA’s
  • Works with internal teams to assign and set RMA prioritization
  • Provide customers and internal RMA statuses
  • Follow up with RMA’s to bring to closure
  • Work with cross-departments for RMA related issues
  • Works with cross-departments to develop pricing and provide quotes to customers for RMA service
  • Issues internal demand triggers to place component purchases to support RMA technicians
  • Manage weekly RMA reports to report to management and customers
  • General office admin duties

Education:

  • High SchoolDiploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency communicating with customer: provide good and clear communication via phone and email, product presentation skills to a small group
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive, maintain relationships with customer by providing exceptional quick response, pre-sales and post-sales support and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and engagement to ensure they are good fit for our products
  • Negotiation: Collaborate with potential customers to negotiate pricing to reach out mutually beneficial agreement
  • Closing Deals: Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Previous experience with SalesForce.com is preferred

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate

Our base hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $22 to $26 per hour. Multiple factors are considered in determining base pay including an individual’s skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
