Under limited supervision, must provide culturally appropriate mental health treatment to assigned children, adolescents, and families at locations such as clients' homes, Eubanks Center in Spartanburg, and /or a mobile unit dispatched to selected community locations. The goal of this SAMHSA - funded grant is to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement by providing treatment for concerns such as substance misuse, significant emotional disturbances, and/or family conflict. Clinician to provide referrals to other services as appropriate. Multiple mental health professional positions are available.
Provide evidence-based short-term therapy to children, adolescents, and families who present with psychiatric needs in order to reduce symptomology and increase positive functioning.
Provide referrals to other parties/agencies in the Spartanburg area system care.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
A master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and an interest in working with children,adolescents, and families.

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
