Sales Director

As the Sales Director at Aroma360, you will create and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue. This role demands a dynamic, data-driven leader experienced in offline and online marketing, brand management, and B2C/B2B strategies. Must be experienced in Facebook, Google, Ctv, and linear tv.

As the Sales Director at Aroma360, you will create and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Identify target markets and define value propositions.
- Oversee brand evolution and ensure consistent brand identity.
- Establish and enforce brand guidelines.
- Lead B2C and B2B marketing with tailored strategies.
- Design campaigns for both consumer and business markets.
- Create and manage a sales calendar aligning marketing with sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Partner with marketing agencies to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage and optimize agency relationships.
- Lead email and SMS marketing with 4+ years of experience.
- Execute campaigns that engage and convert customers.
- Align campaign strategies with the Marketing team.
- Drive lifecycle performance improvements.
- Measure and report on email performance metrics.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Design and optimize engagement and retention programs.
- Implement improvements based on performance data.
- Utilize Excel for data management and analysis.
- Use SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce for insights.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a senior marketing executive.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, including Hubspot and Braze.
- Track record in multiple, concurrent marketing campaigns.
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
