We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead their Enterprise Sales team. This role is fully remote and requires a strategic thinker who is data-driven and has a proven track record in enterprise-level sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies and leading a team of skilled Enterprise Account Executives.
Sales Director Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve enterprise sales targets and drive growth in the freight auditing market
Lead, mentor and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to meet their sales goals
Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making processes, identify trends and optimize sales strategies
Pursue and close enterprise-level accounts through cold calling, networking and relationship building. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Sales DirectorRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or freight auditing industry
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
