$94,010.00/yr - $150,410.00/yr
Core Responsibilities
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to own and manage Sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Build and deliver executive-level business reviews and in-dept pipeline analysis with product and industry focus
- Analyze historical and current financial data to help Sales Leaders understand the state of the business
- Evaluate multiple datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business
- 7+ years of Analytics and/or Quantitative experience preferably with Annual Recurring Revenue and/or Forecasting
- Strong communication skills with several years of practice in presenting and delivering information to Sales Leaders
- Proficiency in partnering closely with cross-functional teams and regional business stakeholders as well as the capability to work independently
- High level of adaptability with excellent attention to detail skills
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with intellectual curiosity
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Tableau or another Data Visualization tool, and Google Suite
