THE ROLE

OLIPOP is looking for an authentic, eager, and highly motivated individual to join the team as our Sales Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity to have a front row seat at a fast growing start up and new emerging category within functional beverages. In this role, you will Support the Sales team with administrative requirements that support the daily and long term business needs, and be the backbone of the efficient running of the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Work alongside sales representatives and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational management for key customers (National Accounts and Foodservice) which includes and is not limited to new item setup, onboarding, creative requests, demo coordination, supporting with third party platforms, etc.
  • Support the sales team with general administrative tasks that support the daily and long term business needs
  • Responsible for managing and updating third party platforms such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Ix-One, Foodlogiq, and ReposiTrak
  • Manage the overall sales tech stack, including HubSpot, Slack, and other sales tools
  • Drive tactical planning throughout all departments of the organization closest to the customer
  • Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools: ex: contract management, content enablement software, etc.
  • Provide consistent feedback for constant process improvement in the sales organization to scale with business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes
  • Liaison between other departments, external partners, providing the best customer service

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, however not to the point of being inflexible.
  • Have owned the end-to-end process of tracing the sales process and conversation rates throughout the sales funnel
  • Program and project management capabilities
  • Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment.
  • The ability to produce accurate work quickly & efficiently, and with excellent follow-up communication
  • Agile in determining and managing priorities, and adaptable in a fluid and fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication

  • Ideal candidate has experience in CPG and supporting National Accounts and Foodservice

Compensation

$85,000 + bonus
