Sales Trading Specialist

A leading Financial Trading firm are looking for a ‘Trading Platform Sales Associate’ to join their team.

Very competitive salary, plus a great commission structure.

This is a permanent role. Working from the Chicago, Illinois office 5 days per week.

You must have experience in a (Futures, Options or Commodities) platform sales to be considered for this role.

You will play a pivotal role in introducing new users from FCMs, IBs, CTAs and Prop Firms. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients to understand their platform needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong client list that fits the organizations culture.
• Dedicate time to cold calls and connecting with new/prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their platform needs, Risk tools and preferences.
• Stay up to date with market trends, news, and developments to anticipate potential opportunities for clients.
• Educate clients on futures trading products, risk management techniques, and trading strategies.
• Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with cold calls and networking.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including futures products, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, to accommodate global market hours.
