As a Salesforce Administrator at EPWA, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into comprehensive requirements for projects, enhancements, and system maintenance. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technology teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of CRM platforms, integrations with other business platforms, and marketing automation tools. Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus

(West Coast Hours Required)

  • Analyze and document requirements for the development, configuration, and ongoing support of CRM platforms.
  • Lead testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Conduct hands-on testing of CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
  • Schedule and lead requirements gathering and documentation working sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Produce high-quality business requirements work products, including process workflows, user stories, and use cases.
  • Design and execute test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and conducting various types of testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, log defects, and track their resolution status.
  • Develop expertise in supporting processes and integrations with CRM and other supporting systems.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions.
  • Conduct periodic system audits, review and distribute results for corrections.
  • Perform product demonstrations and training for CRM releases and new feature deployments.
  • Produce user stories, process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, and other documentation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial and wealth management sectors.
  • 5 years of experience in Practifi and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Compliance Shield, Mulesoft, and/or Practifi Protect required.
  • 5 years of experience in HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Services Cloud (SMC), and/or Pardot required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Testing and quality assurance skills.
  • Advanced communication management skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical writing and documentation proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Certified in Salesforce or Financial Services Cloud with hands-on experience in wealth management implementation. Will accept 10+ years of Salesforce experience in lieu of certification.
