- Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals
- Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Client on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach
- Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
- Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Client.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client's requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds functional requirements
- Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
- Lead the implementation team through the full project life-cycle
- Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the project
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 + years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience
- Minimum of 4 + years of IT Project Management
- Minimum of 2 + years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 4 + years Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
- Technical Architect experience on implementation projects
- Force.com, APEX or Visualforce development experience
- SSO and webservices experience
- Integrating Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions
- Data Migration experience
- Additional Salesforce.com Certifications
- Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
- Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design
- Agile and Iterative experience
