To complement our team in the United States, we are looking for SAP Sales Director
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base while building strong client relationships.
- Manage a sales pipeline and collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create compelling propositions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team to achieve targets, and collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Oversee key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, negotiate contracts, and close deals for profitable growth.
- Continuously analyze and improve sales processes using CRM tools, and stay updated on SAP products and industry trends.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director, Business Development Manager, or in a similar role within the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of SAP products, solutions, and services.
- Demonstrated success in generating sales-qualified leads and converting them into profitable business deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
