Our Preferred Candidate Will Be Able To

  • Build long term relationships with decision makers in the Mortgage Banking Industry.
  • Be competitive and goal-oriented, with a love for chasing ambitious targets in a collaborative, growing team.
  • Structure and close deals with strategic leaders.
  • Manage a busy calendar, inbox and sales pipeline, logging all activity in a Sales CRM.
  • Manage responses and book calls with prospects.
  • Close 5-6 new deals each month

Optimal Experience

  • 5 years' experience in senior sales roles with responsibility for structuring and closing deals.
  • 5 years' experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industries.
  • Collaborate with C-Suite and Go-To-Market Team to develop and improve strategies.
  • Spearhead decision-maker meetings and overcome objections.
  • Train new team members for a fast-growing business development team.
  • Managed a robust sales pipeline and regularly launch new partnerships.
