Senior Account Executive, Influencer

CHASEN CREATIVE MEDIA is looking for a motivated Senior Account Executive, Influencer & Events in our LA HQ. Open to NYC for the right candidate.

Location: LA HQ in Beverly Hills. Monday-Thursday in office, Friday WFH

Experience: 5+ years full-time working experience in beauty influencer marketing. Must have agency agency and currently live in the LA (open to NYC for the right candidate).

Who should consider applying?

• Comprehensive experience in the BEAUTY influencer space
• In-depth knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape and industry trends
• Possess strong manager, agent, and direct beauty influencer contacts
• Hands-on experience launching and managing 360 influencer and experiential campaigns
• Strong at executing influencer partnerships including deal point negotiation, contracts, content briefs, tracking deliverables and reporting
• Leadership skills and a passion for cultivating junior team members
• Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and analytics including EMV reporting
• Proven ability to project manage, multitask, execute, and lead while maintaining composure in a very fast-paced environment
• Excited about beauty and growth in the PR industry!

General Responsibilities

• Spearhead influencer marketing, VIP relations and events across brand accounts
• Lead strategy and execution for influencer marketing campaigns including seeding and partnerships
• Execute all facets of paid content partnerships with micro to macro creators
• Ideate and produce experiential activations alongside vendor partners
• Oversee budgets, invoices, and payments coordination
• Presentation decks and recaps
• Client communication
• Managing junior team members
• Analytics reporting and recaps
• Provide daily support with multiple clients while consistently delivering top-quality internal and external communications
• Meet deadlines in a very fast-faced environment
