Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader in the entertainment/music industry to join our team. As a leader at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining transparent client relationships and leading a dedicated group of account managers and bookkeepers.
Responsibilities
Maintain and review financial statements with precision and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with partners and clients to ensure seamless relationships.
Lead and manage a team of account managers and bookkeepers, fostering their professional growth.
Oversee bank reconciliations and prepare cash flow reports to optimize financial operations.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of all work produced within your team.
Handle client requests promptly and professionally.
Prepare monthly commission schedules and manage cash flow effectively.
Assist in year-end tax package preparation.
Qualifications
6-10 years of prior experience in Entertainment Business Management (Required).
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Datafaction, and MS Office suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements and identify areas for improvement.
Experience interacting with clients and vendors, maintaining positive relationships.
Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
