Essential Job Duties
Produce complex journal entries, including intercompany transactions and managing a set number of balance sheet reconciliations including, but not limited to, current liabilities, cash, A/R, leases, prepaids, etc.
Oversee and manage general ledger accounts, including reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies
Bank account reconciliations including match bank data, researching discrepancies, working with peers to ensure all bank data is accurately loaded, recorded and reconciled.
Assisting with cross-functional problem solving to partner with other business functions
Ad-hoc reporting and requests
Assist with audit and tax filings as needed
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, present findings and recommendations to management
Education & Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA License or desire to obtain a license is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of exposure to relevant accounting practices
NetSuite or other large ERP system experience required
